Hours of Operation
At Kidd’s Preschool Enrichment Center, we understand the importance of flexibility for working parents. That's why we offer extended hours to accommodate busy schedules. Our center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, ensuring that your child receives the care and education they need while you are at work.
Daily Schedule
Our carefully crafted daily schedule follows a structured routine that combines learning, play, and rest to promote a well-rounded development for your child. Here's a glimpse into a typical day at Kidd's Preschool Enrichment Center:
- 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Morning drop-off and free play.
- 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Circle time and group activities.
- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Age-appropriate learning and skill-building activities.
- 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Snack time and social interaction.
- 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Outdoor play and gross motor activities.
- 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Lunchtime and hygiene routines.
- 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Nap time and quiet activities.
- 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Creative arts, crafts, and sensory play.
- 3:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Afternoon snack and storytime.
- 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Free play, pick-up time, and parent interaction.
Holidays and Closures
At Kidd’s Preschool Enrichment Center, we strive to maintain clear communication with parents regarding holidays and closures. Our center follows a schedule that aligns with major holidays observed in Akron, Ohio. We are closed on the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
In addition to these major holidays, we may close for certain maintenance or staff training days. Prior notice will be given to parents well in advance to ensure appropriate arrangements can be made.
