Black Friday Clinic Schedule
The TNBA Ohio Black Friday Clinic (grades 2-8) will be held on November 26th, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The schedule is carefully designed to cover a wide range of skills and provide ample opportunities for hands-on practice.
9:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Warm-Up and Skill Drills
Start off the day with a dynamic warm-up routine, followed by skill-building drills. Our coaches will introduce various techniques and work with each participant to improve their fundamentals.
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Shooting and Offensive Strategies
This session will focus on shooting techniques, offensive strategies, and scoring fundamentals. Your child will learn how to position themselves, read the defense, and make effective offensive moves.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
Take a break and refuel with a nutritious lunch. We provide healthy meal options to keep the participants energized throughout the day.
1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Defensive Skills and Tactics
Defense is a crucial aspect of any basketball game. In this session, our coaches will teach your child important defensive skills, such as positioning, footwork, and communication, to become a solid defender.
2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Teamwork and Game Simulation
To wrap up the clinic, participants will engage in team-building activities and game simulations. This session allows your child to apply the new skills learned throughout the day in a real game environment, fostering collaboration and sportsmanship.
